Stacia Harrje has over ten years of public affairs and corporate communications experience in a virtually every industry -- government, non-profit, financial services,
healthcare and high-tech. As a senior strategist at Kearns & West, in addition to leading an account team on a project for the Department of Homeland Security,
Stacia implements business development and marketing strategies for the firm.
Stacia is a seasoned communications professional with a broad range of experience. She has expertise in publicity campaign development, community relations, event management, internal communications, press materials creation, analyst relations, product reviews, stakeholder outreach and media relations. Her vast and successful media relations expertise includes work for Fidelity Investments, Dow Jones, Kaiser Permanente, Perkins School for the Blind and AMVETS. She has advised senior management on media relations strategies, launched new products and new businesses, established relationships with top tier local and national media outlets and ran media training sessions. Stacia has received several recognitions for her work on media campaigns. Stacia's stakeholder relations efforts have included managing relationships with key stakeholder groups and initiating strategic meetings and briefings with organizations both in the government and private sector. Stacia holds a Master's Degree in Technical and Professional Writing from Northeastern University and a B.A. from American University.
