K&W Facilitated Process Leads to Consensus on Wind/Wildlife Guidelines

On March 23, 2012, the Department of the Interior released guidelines designed to help wind energy project developers avoid and minimize impacts of land-based wind projects on wildlife and their habitats. The voluntary guidelines, a product of a three-year consensus process designed and facilitated by Kearns & West, provides the wind industry with a set of voluntary guidelines they can use to help minimize the impact of development on wildlife.
