Effective
outcomes require effective participation by all. Kearns & West’s collaborative
solutions practice is based on interest-based negotiation concepts.
In order to ensure a fair and effective outcome, all participants
must know how to use the tools of interest-based negotiation. Kearns
& West helps all stakeholders understand and apply these tools
to achieve win-win outcomes. K&W conducts half-day, one-day, and
multi-day mutual gains negotiation training programs to help stakeholders
understand and prepare for effective engagement and negotiation with
each other. Workshops are available as part of a complete collaborative
program or as stand-alone courses.
